#41 How to Know Your Frequency (inspired by Physics, not woo-woo)
There’s a way to measure your frequency. It is the speed at which you see both sides of an event.
Imagine a spinning top. Half black, half white.
When it spins slowly, you see the contrast: black vs. white.
Right vs. wrong.
Good vs. bad.
But as it spins faster, something interesting happens.
It turns grey.
Not because the colors changed. But because your perception did.
We call each full spin a cycle.
And the speed of those cycles—how many happen each second—is called frequency.
The faster the frequency, the more you see the whole picture.
The slower the frequency, the more you see in extremes.
Now… what does this have to do with business?
Plenty.
Think back to a time you wanted to fire someone important.
Chances are, you wrestled with the decision.
Maybe you thought of it for days… or weeks.
But once you finally did it, you felt at peace.
And then, in hindsight, you saw all the benefits—for you, the team, and even the person who left.
That’s a full cycle.
From polarity to perspective. Seeing both benefits and drawbacks equally.
For some people, that shift takes hours.
For others, it takes weeks, months, years—or a lifetime.
The speed at which you see both sides of an event—that’s your real frequency.
And here’s another good news:
There’s a science to increasing your frequency—and with it, your ability to solve problems faster, with more grace and less cost.
This is the heart of our work at Inspired Life Circle.
Through our messages, books, and applied programs, we aim to inspire you to recognize both sides of any event sooner. So you can move through life and business with greater wisdom, clarity, and inner strength.
Love and Wisdom,
Monica and Stefan
