We made 2 mistakes. We hope to fix it this time

Insight #21

Dear friend,

At the beginning of this year, we started an email series called The Space Between the Chords.

We loved the idea behind it.

The title was a metaphor. A beautiful one, we thought.

But there was a problem.

New readers had no idea what it meant.

That was our first mistake.

So we changed the name to 2-Min Mind Upgrades a month ago when we moved to Substack.

It was certainly clearer. More concrete. Easier to understand at a glance.

Yet every time we saw the title, something felt off.

It wasn’t quite us.

That was our second mistake.

Which brings us to today.

For the third time, we’ve changed the name of the series.

From now on, these emails will simply be called:

INSIGHTS

We chose that word carefully.

Insight comes from in + sight.

To us, it means seeing inside.

Inside yourself.

Each Insight is a short article you can read in just 2-3 minutes. Sometimes even less.

It’s written by us, Monica and Stefan, not by AI, as you so often see on social media today.

Each one invites you to pause for a moment and look at a single aspect of your inner life.

To notice something you may have overlooked.

To discover a new perspective (like this one here).

Nothing else is changing.

You’ll continue receiving these Insights four times a week, Monday through Thursday.

And we hope they’ll become a small part of your morning ritual.

A few quiet minutes.

A cup of coffee or tea.

A thought worth carrying into the day.

And every now and then, we hope you’ll reply, tap the like button, or forward an Insight to someone you care about.
